The prize winning Song Duo of Swiss soprano Franziska Andrea Heinzen and British-Polish pianist Benjamin Malcolm Mead have given successful recitals in Switzerland ,at the Rhonefestival and Schubertiade de Sion; in Spain at the Schubert Cycle in the Schubertiada Vilabertran Barcelona; and Germany at the Schumannfest. Live recordings of their concerts have been broadcast on the classical music and arts channel Swiss German Radio, SRF2-Kultur; and on BBC Radio 3.
The current recital programme OLD TALES, REDISCOVERED presented at the Swiss Church, London is dedicated to the Swiss poet Gottfried Keller, who is celebrating his 200th anniversary this year.
With songs by Johannes Brahms, Hugo Wolf, Hans Pfitzner, Othmar Schoek, Hans Sommer, and Felix Weingartner.
Free admission – Donation by retiring collection at the end of the concert.
