Commemoration service | 19th November 11am

Every year at the Commemoration Service we remember loved ones who have passed away over the past year (and before) and light candles in their memory. It is a reflective service to give space to our grief, thoughts, memories and gratitude. The service is rooted in the Protestant tradition, but people from all faiths groups and none are welcome. The language of our services is inclusive and reflects what we have in common rather than what separates us.

If you would like to remember a loved one, you can write their name on a piece of paper and hand it to the Minister ahead of or during the service, or you can email it to carla.maurer@swisschurchlondon.org.uk. You can also send in a name if you cannot be present at the service and a candle will be lit on your behalf.

The service will be accompanied musically by organist Peter Yardley-Jones, and the High Holborn Chamber Choir will sing Fauré’s Requiem.
